Cacao Trees
Hello,

I am a sacred plant for the reproduction system. I am an aphrodisiac and I nourish the TEJAS to keep your body well lubricated. Tejas from the ayurvedic perspective translates to your "inner radiance." You can tell I assist with the reproductive system because we you crack one of my pods open you see all my cacao beans wrapped in a white tangy coating, along a white thread, looking like a penis covered in semen... So you men with Erectile dysfunction, or low fertility count, or prostate problems, you'd do mighty well sucking the white fruit off my nuts and roasting what's left over. there can be around 30 cacao beans in each cacao pod. And you know how I said I help the reproductive system out in men? Well, you women would do well to ingest me while you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant. I help keep the baby strong and enforce the placenta. And when all is said and done and born, the indigenous people from Costa Rica, to Peru have been known to have their child's first bath be a mixture of my cacao paste and coconut oil, as their first rite of passage.

I like warm tropical climates with an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level or less. Some cool things to help you identify me is that I can grow my flowers that turn into pods over any portion of my tree; I tend to flower twice a year. My leaves are long resembling my pods and very durable.

Did you know that if you chop my leaves and broken pods bits and leave me in water to make a tincture that can be used in the woods as a herbicide? Its true! I am very beneficial not only for you but for your garden.

I have been exploited by the colonizers since 3000bp. Since there invasion I have grown sick from miss-use. I often get a lot of rot which has lessened my production. I can grow very tall however, many of my species have been genetically modified or germinated and pruned to stay very short so that it makes it easier for the agriculturalists to harvest me.

I have a cousin called Ungurave which has been decimated from natural jungle-scapes to make way for my production, but if only people knew that our tastes are nearly the same! I so often hear how soon i will no longer be able to produce due to my increase in diseases, however there was a saving grace. Ungurave is much more oilier which can help your bodies so much, due to how nutrient rich it is.
