Maha Mantra - Click Image to Watch

Maha Mantra 'Hare krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare' This is a 16-word Vaishnava mantra mentioned in the Kali-Saṇṭāraṇa Upaniṣad. in the 15th century this mantra claimed importance during the Bhakti (devotional service) movement with the birth of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. the way the mantra is written above comes from Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, however in the Kali-Santarana UPanishad it is reversed with hare rama portion leading the prayer. This mantra has multiple interpretations. 'Hare' can be interpreted as the vocative form of Hari, another name of Vishnu meaning 'he who removes illusion'. Another interpretation is as the vocative of Harā, a name of Rādhā, Krishna's eternal consort or his energy (Krishna's shakti). In the hymn Vishnu Sahasranama spoken by Bhishma in praise of Krishna after the Kurukshetra War, Krishna is also called Rama. It is sometimes believed that 'Rama' in 'Hare Rama' means 'Radharamana' or the beloved of Radha (another name for Kṛṣṇa, whom is the Supreme Personailty Godhead). The more common interpretation is that Rāma refers to Rama of the Ramayana, an earlier avatar of Krishna. 'Rama can also be a shortened form of Balarama, Krishna's first expansion.

Nrshimha - Click Image to Watch

Nrshimha is one of the avatars of vishnu. He took the form of a man-lion to protect his devotee Prahlada from his evil father Hiranyakashipu, to end religious persecution and calamity on earth, thereby restoring dharma. Hiranyakashipu gained a boon from Brahma due to which he could not be killed during the day or night, inside or outside the house; neither in the sky nor on land nor in Svarga nor in Patala, by any weapon, nor by humans, deities, demons, or animals. Endowed with this boon, he began to wreak chaos and havoc, persecuting all the devotees of Vishnu, including his own son Prahlada. Vishnu, cognisant of the asura's boon, creatively assumed a hybrid form that was neither human nor animal as a lion in the name of Narasimha, and Narashima disemboweled and killed Hiranyakashipu and at the junction of day and night, at the threshold of his palace, which was neither inside nor the outside, upon his lap, and with his claws. Narasimha is known primarily as the 'Great Protector' who specifically defends and protects his devotees from evil. All of this is explained in sanskrit in the contents of this mantra. sing it if you feel you need protection, or guidance through your dharmic path
